Interview with Marion Lesne, who has just completed a V.I.E. assignment in Argentina as a technical support engineer for Agrauxine by Lesaffre.<\/p>\n\n

You carried out a V.I.E assignment for Agrauxine by Lesaffre in Argentina. Can you tell us more about your experience? <\/h2>\n\n

Marion Lesne: <\/strong>I'm an agricultural engineer and my VIE in Argentina at Agrauxine by Lesaffre started in March 2023 as technical support for the LatAm region.<\/p>\n\n

My role during this VIE was to support and develop customer loyalty through technical support. Whether it was helping them to understand and appropriate the technical aspects of our products, supporting them in implementing technical actions, supporting them when they identified new markets where our products would have interesting potential, or deepening our knowledge of trends in the agricultural market. <\/p>\n\n

On a day-to-day basis, I communicated with the technical and\/or sales teams of our customers in Argentina, and worked with a lot of data to provide answers to specific questions they might have.<\/p>\n\n

I was also in frequent contact with the Agrauxine teams based in France, whether in Marketing, Technical Development or R&D, particularly in the context of project management. My position enabled me to bring to the team more <\/p>\n\n

What were the main challenges you encountered during your VIE, what are you most proud of and how do you think this experience will help you in your future career?<\/h2>\n\n

This VIE was an experience full of learning and discoveries.<\/p>\n\n

I'm proud to have helped build a relationship of trust with customers by putting Agrauxine by Lesaffre's \"Built on trust\" mantra into practice, and by proving that together we can learn more, go further and go faster. Last year, we were able to carry out a huge number of technical actions, and generate a great deal of data together. <\/p>\n\n

This experience has also enabled me to gain a better understanding of the complexity of international markets. Whether it's the cultural differences, or the ever-changing regulations in different countries, there's a lot of work involved in succeeding in these markets. <\/p>\n\n

As a result, I'm left with more curiosity about the variations that the word \"agriculture\" can have around the world.<\/p>\n\n
