Applied to wounds soon after pruning, the fungus rapidly penetrates the wood, forming a natural protective layer. This reduces the spread of pathogenic fungi, and consequently the decline of vines due to the development of wood diseases.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Today, with the evolution of pruning practices, the wine industry is witnessing a considerable increase in foliar symptoms.
