{"id":14649,"date":"2021-06-20T16:30:17","date_gmt":"2021-06-20T16:30:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agrauxine.com\/moka-an-effective-solution-for-boosting-vines-and-promoting-uniform-high-quality-yields-during-the-harvest\/"},"modified":"2026-02-05T13:29:55","modified_gmt":"2026-02-05T13:29:55","slug":"moka-an-effective-solution-for-boosting-vines-and-promoting-uniform-high-quality-yields-during-the-harvest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agrauxine.com\/en\/moka-an-effective-solution-for-boosting-vines-and-promoting-uniform-high-quality-yields-during-the-harvest\/","title":{"rendered":"Moka, an effective solution for \"boosting\" vines and promoting uniform, high-quality yields during the harvest."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Approved under the AMM MFSC (Mati\u00e8re Fertilisante et Supports de Culture) N\u00b01190706 since November 2019, our Moka biostimulant continues its development in France and abroad to meet the needs of winegrowers wishing to optimize their yields.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A formulation based on yeast extracts to activate the vine's metabolic process throughout berry development.<\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/agrauxine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/fiche_technique_moka-e1624278991354.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Thanks to its <strong>formulation based on yeast extracts<\/strong>, naturally rich in free amino acids, organic compounds, vitamins, minerals and phytohormones, <strong>Moka promotes the assimilation of elements necessary for proper plant development<\/strong>. Applied during fruit set, it stimulates cell division and expansion in the fruit, as well as the production of assimilates. <strong>Moka thus ensures more even vine growth and improved berry development<\/strong>. The addition of yeast extracts also stimulates photosynthetic activity, improving vine vigor.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Visible results rewarded with a bronze medal at the SIVAL Innovation 2021 competition<\/h2>\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/agrauxine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/blue-minimal-home-for-sale-facebook-post-e1624284413511.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"503\"\/><\/p>\n\n<p>Agrauxine teams in the field to measure Moka's effectiveness<\/p>\n\n<p>In the various trials carried out, ratings and analyses of musts showed that the application of Moka, <strong>at a rate of 2L\/ha in 2 applications from the beginning of fruit set (BBCH 71) and at bunch closure (BBCH 79)<\/strong>, enabled :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an <strong>average increase in berry weight<\/strong> (+8% on average compared with the control),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>more homogeneous bunches<\/strong> with better berry development,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an<strong> increase in the assimilable nitrogen content of the must<\/strong> (+10% on average compared with the control), thus favoring the fermentation process and ultimately wine quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>These convincing results, demonstrating the ability of our biostimulant to promote healthy berry development and improve berry quality, were rewarded with a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sival-innovation.com\/category\/intrants-protections-cultures-fertilisation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bronze medal at the SIVAL Innovation 2021 competition<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" efficiency drives growth in France<\/h2>\n\n<p>On the strength of these initial conclusive results, <strong>Moka is pursuing its development in various French wine-growing regions, notably Champagne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/agrauxine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/article-moka-la-marne-viticole-juin-2021-e1624279957844.jpg\" yields and improve quality criteria,<\/strong> <strong>Moka can also be applied to crops other than vines, namely pome and stone fruits, citrus fruits, strawberries\/red fruits, solanaceous plants and cucurbits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Some fifteen trials are currently underway across France.<\/p>\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" abroad<\/h3>\n\n<p>The effectiveness of Moka in promoting uniform, high-quality harvests has also been demonstrated outside France.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img
