{"id":14653,"date":"2021-08-24T08:00:38","date_gmt":"2021-08-24T08:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agrauxine.com\/agrauxine-experts-pauline-berger\/"},"modified":"2026-02-05T13:29:55","modified_gmt":"2026-02-05T13:29:55","slug":"agrauxine-experts-pauline-berger","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agrauxine.com\/en\/agrauxine-experts-pauline-berger\/","title":{"rendered":"Agrauxine Experts - Pauline BERGER"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized is-style-bulle\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agrauxine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/agrauxine_portrait_photojordanechaillou-pbe-scaled-e1627907389674-810x500.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:390px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is your day-to-day role and mission at Agrauxine?<\/h2>\n\n<p>I'm Technical Manager France.<\/p>\n\n<p>Part of my job involves supporting the sales team and customers in the development of our <a href=\"https:\/\/agrauxine.com\/fr\/biocontrole\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">biocontrol<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/agrauxine.com\/fr\/biostimulation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">biostimulation<\/a> solutions. <strong>Above all, it's a question of getting to know our specialties and making them (re)known, and determining the development strategy at national and regional level according to technical, market and commercial challenges.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>I also work closely with the <a href=\"https:\/\/agrauxine.com\/fr\/2021\/06\/15\/les-experts-agrauxine-benjamin-jacquart\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">French sales manager<\/a> and the marketing department to fine-tune the French strategy in line with Agrauxine's global strategy.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do you interact with the sales team and customers?<\/h2>\n\n<p>I work in tandem with each of the three promoters at customer level in the regions, most often as a contact for technical managers, sometimes for market managers. <strong>I validate the various tests set up in the region and co-construct the running of the test platforms<\/strong>. At national level (relations with the central offices), I work in the same way with the French sales manager. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The way we work together in each sector is different, and we don't hesitate to support each other, with our head office colleagues on hand at key times to help out<\/strong>: for example, to manage heavy ratings on biostimulant trials.
