How are your missions deployed? <\/h2>\n\n<p>I'm an accountant, which means I collect and record the company's financial data. This data is used by Agrauxine's various departments to track their expenses, by Agrauxine's general management to steer the subsidiary's activity, and by Lesaffre to draw up the group's accounts. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do you see your role at Agrauxine, a company that is becoming increasingly international?<\/h2>\n\n<p>My tasks are those of a support function: supporting the departments, listening to them to produce relevant analyses and data. More generally, I also like to help \"oil the wheels\" so that people feel good here at Agrauxine. For example, I make sure there's coffee in stock for the morning coffee \ud83d\ude42  <\/p>\n\n<p>But Agrauxine is also taking an international turn, and I see this in a thousand details on a daily basis, such as the appearance of new foreign suppliers, requests from teams in Brazil and Argentina, and so on.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Something that stood out for you at Agrauxine?  <\/h2>\n\n<p>The memory that immediately springs to mind is not about accounting, but about the well-being dimension I mentioned earlier. It was the marathon relay run by the Agrauxine women's team. More than the fact that we ran together on D-day, I was touched by the commitment of all the participants, by the fact that we had trained together every week for five months, to achieve a common goal: to finish this race.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Each and every one of us gave it our best shot. The photo of our team that adorns the 1st floor corridor, near Nathalie's office, is truly a source of pride. <\/p>\n\n<p>Alone, we can do a lot.
