I also provide support on the supply side, tracking supplier orders. At the end of the circuit, when all the teams have completed their marathon (remember, product development takes years), I take <strong>over for the final sprint.<\/strong> With <strong>customer satisfaction<\/strong> as the finishing line.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The main problems are linked to production schedules and transport times. The Industrialization department is constantly working to reduce these lead times so that we can meet our customers' needs as quickly as possible. We have to be reactive, especially when launching new products.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What contributions to Agrauxine are you most proud of?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Part of my job is to monitor the sales we make <strong>in Latin America<\/strong>, through a Lesaffre sister company based in Argentina. We're thousands of kilometers apart, working with different systems, different internal organization and, last but not least, different languages. A new relationship to develop.  <\/p>\n\n<p>For me, a new relationship is first and foremost about trying to understand the other person, so that we can find what unites us and move forward together on that basis. Thanks to our joint efforts, I think we've succeeded in creating that bond, and <strong>we're now all moving forward together, towards a common goal<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>Today, exchanges are fluid and I'm happy with the progress we've made.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u00a1Mil gracias Paula, Zulma, Lina, Agustin, Pablo, Eduardo y Cristian por nuestros intercambios!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you have any special memories of Agrauxine?<\/h2>\n\n<p>My first week at Agrauxine.<\/p>\n\n<p>When I arrived on my first day, the people of Agrauxin already knew who I was and <strong>welcomed me with open arms<\/strong>. On my desk, there was already a mug with my name on it. And I found myself in the break room with Arnaud (my manager), chatting with the staff.  <\/p>\n\n<p>During this first week, I had the chance to visit all the departments, and each director took the time to explain his mission and that of his team to me.<\/p>\n\n<p>Agrauxine members naturally trust you and give you a place.
