The harvest of soybeans and early corn has started in most regions in Argentina. The general outlook is one of great uncertainty, with highly variable yields due to different climatic conditions and strong abiotic stresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A 2021 campaign marked with strong abiotic stresses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Indeed 2021 campaign has been strongly delimited by abiotic stresses, namely water stress, followed by high temperatures and phytotoxicity resulting from the application of post-emergent herbicides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These strong abiotic stresses caused a great loss of potential crop yields and explain the decline in yield at national level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Smarftoil, a key tool when planning the campaign<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
In these difficult conditions, Smartfoil proved once again its efficacy. In the fields where Smartfoil has been applied over more than 400.000 hectares, the benefits are significant, with wide differences not only in performance but also in inter-row coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
