At Agrauxine, we are convinced that the future of agriculture depends on responsible solutions that respect living organisms and ecosystems. As a Business Unit of the Lesaffre dedicated to biosolutions for crops, we place Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the heart of our strategy.
Our ambition: to support the agricultural transition by developing sustainable, safe and efficient solutions, while taking care of our environment, our employees and our local ecosystem.
Caring for women and men
The safety and well-being of our employees is a daily priority:
- Objective: a strong, shared safety culture. Every month, we carry out concrete actions (risk analyses, safety visits, field feedback, awareness-raising).
- In 2025, Agrauxine recorded no serious accidents, demonstrating its collective commitment.
- Ongoing training and individualized HR support help teams to develop their skills, both on site and at head office.
- Constructive social dialogue and a supportive team dynamic strengthen our collective performance.
Acting for the environment
Even on our own scale, every gesture counts for the planet. In Beaucouzé, our site is taking concrete action:
- Installation of beehives to promote biodiversity.
- Partnership with the LPO (Ligue pour la Protection des Oiseaux) to preserve local wildlife.
- Collective composting, waste sorting and awareness-raising activities.
- Team activities: participation in World Cleanup Day, Climate Fresco, etc.
These local initiatives complement the Lesaffre's environmental commitments, the results of which are shared by Agrauxine:
- -3% CO₂ emissions (Scopes 1 & 2) between 2022 and 2023
- -4% reduction in water consumption over the same period
- Group objective: carbon neutrality by 2050
Sustainable and responsible production
We integrate sustainability into our value chain:
- Our products are designed to replace or limit the use of chemicals (biocontrol, biostimulants, bionutrition).
- We help to improve soil health and optimize agricultural yields with a view to sustainability.
- The "One Health" approach we share within the Lesaffre group drives us to innovate for the health of plants, but also for the health of ecosystems and people.
🥈 Recognition: the EcoVadis silver medal
Since 2021, Agrauxine has voluntarily undergone EcoVadis assessment, the global benchmark for CSR performance.
In 2023, thanks to the involvement of our employees and the implementation of concrete actions, Agrauxine was awarded the silver medal with a score of 69/100, placing us in the 93rd percentile of companies evaluated worldwide. This means that our score is equal to or higher than 93% of companies in all sectors.
This remarkable increase (+10 points compared with 2022) reflects :
- structuring our CSR approach,
- improving our environmental, ethical and working conditions practices,
- and our ongoing commitment to responsible purchasing.
This recognition confirms our position as a committed player in the agricultural transition, and underlines the robustness of our approach at international level.
