Agrauxine Experts – Benjamin ALBERT

Could you tell us more about your role and your daily missions at Agrauxine?

My role is to identify the new product concepts, develop them and make them real and efficient solutions that will be involved tomorrow in the agroecological transition. Of course, I am not alone, and I work in collaboration with the development, marketing, regulatory and sales departments in Agrauxine.

Briefly, my daily missions consist in supervising all internal tests and external studies that will help us to characterize the behavior and modes of action of our biostimulant and bionutrition products, and to support their commercial launches.

How do you lead Agrauxine’s biostimulation and bionutrition projects to ensure that they answer the clients’ needs?

It is to clearly define the objectives and deliverables of the projects at their very beginning, after listening to the market’s needs. These needs may relate to the nature of the product, its composition, its use and application, or to what the clients want to improve in their cropping system. This last need will probably be the main claim of our future product. Then, it is necessary to be in constant watch on the scientific, technical and technological tools and evolutions to answer all these needs.

Do you have in mind a contribution you are particularly proud of since you work at Agrauxine?

The first idea that comes to mind is to have first participated in the deployment of the biostimulant portfolio in the Agrauxine landscape, then in the definition and launch of the brand-new range in plant bionutrition products, working with all Agrauxine’s collaborators.
