With nearly 600m2 of laboratory space at our sites, Agrauxine's Research and Development department is a major asset for innovation and continuous improvement of our products. We have expert profiles in yeast, fungal and bacterial microbiology, plant pathology, molecular biology and biochemistry, plant physiology and technical development.

Project & Efficacy Data Management Officer
The Technical Development team coordinates the technical development of products and determines the optimum conditions of use (dose, stage per crop, etc.) adapted to each environment. It generates the efficacy data needed to compile registration files, and acts as a global technical reference for internal teams and external partners.
Regulatory
Agrauxine's regulatory department ensures the conformity and approval of our biological solutions, both in France and abroad, while anticipating regulatory changes to secure the marketing of our products to our farmer customers.

Agrauxine's industrial department handles the production and logistics of our biological solutions, ensuring the quality, efficiency and sustainability of our processes, while guaranteeing the safety of our employees. Supply Chain
The mission of the Supply Chain Department is to deliver products and services to customers in the right quantity, quality and on time. It works closely with sales teams to plan sales forecasts and build production strategies, and with several Lesaffre & Agrauxine production units to define and organize production and transport.

Part of my job is to monitor the sales we make in Latin America, through a Lesaffre sister company based in Argentina. We're thousands of kilometers apart, working with different systems, different internal organization and, last but not least, different languages.
